The SHC offers assessment and short term, transitional behavior health services to currently enrolled students, at no additional charge. We do not bill insurance or report to them. But if you have other health insurance that allows you to receive more appropriate ongoing behavioral health treatment off campus, the SHC may recommend you use it and will help you decidde how to get the best care given your circumstances.
The SHC behavioral health services are offered by staff physicians, nurse practitioners and a consulting staff psychiatrist. At some point, you may be seen by a case manager to help access services, either on or off campus, that best meet your needs.
To make an appointment call us at (707) 664-2921, Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, and Friday 9:30am-5pm, excluding campus holidays and closures.
